The chamber, sheaf and doors are made from AISI 316L stainless steel highly resistant to corrosion, with a new exclusive and innovative design.

IMPROVED CONSTRUCTION

The steam tubes are manufactured in 316L stainless steel, while the doors and chamber are produced with a more refined burnish, reducing the roughness to 0.8 micron.

OPTIMISED INTERACTION

The user-machine interaction is optimised through the inclusion of an SD card containing software to connect to the PC, and a second touchscreen in the unloading zone.

SmartLink

 

The exclusive PROHS SMARTLINK software supervises the sterilisation cycle in real time and storage of the cycle data. The software is in permanent contact with the steriliser’s screen, allowing continuous control and monitoring of the cycle without affecting the normal functioning of the process.

The data are saved and stored and can be viewed whenever needed. The PROHS SMARTLINK software also allows direct interaction with the Steriliser, i.e. in the view mode the Steriliser can be given instructions.
