TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
AND MAINTENANCE

At PROHS we are in permanent contact with our clients, assuring full assistance for our products by a technical department with qualified technicians striving to make sure that the equipment functions perfectly. Our goal is to maximise the lifespan of our equipment, providing worldwide coverage.

VALIDATION

Using the most up-to-date data loggers, accurate and reliable reports can be generated to guarantee the correct calibration and validation of our equipment in order to maximise client satisfaction. We supply the appropriate procedures and equipment for the validation service (IQ/OQ and PQ) that each piece of equipment should regularly be subjected to.

TRAINING

PROHS provides all clients and partners with the technical training needed for the correct use and maintenance of our equipment. We organise individual or group sessions, in person or online, depending on the clients’ needs. We guarantee the support needed will always be supplied by our team of experts.

REPLACEMENT
PARTS

When we sell na equipment, we have a commitment with our client. PROHS keeps spare parts in stock for immediate replacement in the event of a defect in the components, to minimise the time the equipment is out of order. All our parts have the manufacturer’s warranty.
